To: Team Managers for the ISAF World Team Racing Championship in Auckland 2003 Re: Accommodation The New Zealand Teams Racing Association is subsidizing the accommodation for competitors, coaches and team managers for NZ$30 per person per night for 8 nights from 31 January to the morning of 8 February 2003. This is the full twin share rate at the Grafton Hall of Residence or it can be used to subsidize the cost of the Railway Campus. Extra days at either venue prior to 31 January or after 7 February will need to be paid for by the teams and these charges will have to be paid in full by the event entry fee closing date. In the event of a second entry not being accepted any extra payments would be fully refunded. However we need to know dates and preferred hostels for team bookings as soon as you can, within the next two weeks if at all possible, as we cannot guarantee accommodation will still be available if we do not have definite bookings. The Louis Vuitton and America’s Cup racing in Auckland has meant accommodation will be at a premium at this time. We hope this clarifies the situation.
