Rubbish
Removal: We received an invoice from the Timaru Club for the Secondary schools
Regatta with no break down of costs. In our budget we had an item called Club
Hire and Cleaning as was provided to us when the initial budgets were prepared.
The sum allocated was $1068.00.This item has not been divided further. There are
a couple of other smaller items making up the total of $1199 as shown in the
accounts. 2)

site costs: The costs of $215.00 are shown in Printing and Stationery. 3)
Repairs
to Boats: What is in the accounts is the total as paid through the Associations
